Japan as No.1

This is the legendary book and probably the most important one for all of Japanese who study in Harvard business school.

To be honest, (it's a shame but) I didn't read until now.

This book says well about the uniqueness of Japan how we are different in society structure, education, government and corporate and why Japanese miracle was possible.

The next book with "?" he wrote about Japan after lost decades.
This book is also giving us the very valuable lessons.

 - Facing the globalization, we are still not flexible enough
 - Government and economy - our speed of change was too slow
 - Rack of Leadership and English skill to express proper standing point in the international setting

I wish I could meet him at Harvard.

これはハーバードビジネススクールで勉強する日本人全員にとって伝説的でおそらく最も重要な本です。 正直言って（今思えばとても残念なことなのですが）私は今まで読んでいませんでした。 この本によって驚くほど日本の独自性を社会構造、教育、政府、企業の点から、そしてどのように日本の奇跡が起こったのかを理解することができました。

この本も我々に非常に貴重な警鐘を鳴らしてくれています。
