Anne Mulcahy came to our class today. She is the one who turned around Xerox as CEO. Wow. She has been through tough times, almost touched bankruptcy and needed to fire people working with long time for restructuring. I also had tough times, so I can understand what she has been through. I share with her about the way of thinking about the loyalty for the company as follows,

"if the company went wrong, and you say "Thank you very much, I'll see you later?" That't not my mom taught me "

She is a great leader. One of the greatest class.

Anne Mulcahyさんがクラスに来てくださいました。彼女はゼロックスを危機から救ったCEO。2週間後には倒産という、すごい危機を切り抜けるために、長年一緒に働いた仲間にクビを宣告しなければならない。似たような経験はあるので、気持ちはとても分かります。私も会社への忠誠という点では彼女と共通する考えがあります。

”もし会社が悪くなったとして「ありがとう、じゃあね」と軽々しく言えない。私の母はそのように私を育てなかったので”

彼女は素晴らしいリーダーです。最高のクラスでした。
