さて、ケーススタディの準備はこんな感じです。
1. Preparation - read course agenda, check professor, description, question. About 3 mins.

質問を読む。（3分）
2. Check exhibit (Finance data, graphs, charts, etc) to get overview of trend. About 5 mins.
２．まずは付録を読む（財務データ、グラフ、チャートなど） トレンドの理解。（5分）
3. Reading the case.
This depends on normal case reading or deep dive. Normal case reading is just reading through, first read the beginning and end sentence of the paragraph to know where this need to be read carefully or skim it. Then basically read through. 15 pages about 20 or so mins.
３．ケースを読む
普通のケース読みとディープダイブによって読み方が違います。普通のケース読みの場合は、スキムといって読み飛ばしていきます。まずはパラグラフの最初の文と最後の分を読んでそこに何が書いてあるかを理解し、必要があれば深く読みます。（15ページを20分程度）
If I'm a deep diver of the case, need to summarize each paragraph with short description and answering the questions putting Word document and provide to team mates.
もしディープダイバーだった場合は、まとめを書かなくてはいけませんので、各パラグラフを要約していき、リビンググループのディスカッションの際に配布します。
So this week, we have 13 cases to read, roughly 8 hours to prepare. Study time is distributed to Saturday afternoon, Sunday and during weekdays' lunch (normally 1:10), break between the class (normally 25 mins) and after the class. After class we normally have coaching session, optional speakers, wine & cheese Tuesday. Last week we only have 1 hours slot. So can't so much count on it.
例えば今週は13ケースを読みます。単純計算で8時間必要です。勉強時間は土曜日の午後、日曜日。平日はランチ（1時間10分）、クラスとクラスの間の休憩（25分）、そしてクラスの後です。クラスの後は、コーチングセッションや、オプショナルスピーカー、ワイン＆チーズなどがあらい、先週は1時間しか時間がありませんでした。なのであまり読めないと思ったほうが良いです。
I tend to prepare everything on weekends.
Anyway, 2nd last weekends to spend together with my living group, so we went out for dinner in Prudential center @ Boston. Very clouded Saturday night. Drinking until 11 pm. Laughed so much.
なので、私の場合は週末にリーディングを集中させていました。
とにかく、リビンググループですごせる週末も少ないため、みんなで夕食に出かけました。土曜日はとても混んでました。11時まで飲んで、よく笑った！

In AMP, it has been said, Japanese is not good at socializing and tend to study too seriously and stay in the room and not come out. My living group mate coached me about what is socializing about.
"Socializing is spending time for others. Just be there, you don't need to talk if you don't like" Some class mates said to me, "You are the most outgoing Japanese in this AMP"
AMPでは日本人はソーシャライジング弱く、部屋に篭って勉強ばかりしていると言われており、うちのリビンググループでもその点をコーチングしてくれていました。
”ソーシャライジングとは、他の人のために時間を使うこと。だから無理に話したりしなくてもそこにいるだけで良いんだよ”
”一番出てくる日本人だね”と言って貰ったことがあります。
Well, I'm still trying so hard. To be honest, I would like to study more than going out. But I'm so proud of to be a part of the greatest legendary 5C living group. They have pushed me up for the challenges.
At the end, we should not to stay in comfortable zone. Being uncomfortable means we are trying to change ourselves. Then now I feel "Thank god, I'm so lucky being in uncomfortable." Stretch ourselves out.
ソーシャライジングはとても努力しました。本当は部屋に篭ってもっと勉強したかったです。ただ、うちのリビンググループは伝説の５C。内向的は許されません。
最終的には、われわれは自分の安全なところから抜け出さないと成長しないんですよね。自分自身への挑戦です。そして、きっとこのように感じるべきなのでしょう。「神様、このような不都合を与えてくれて感謝します」なんせ自分が成長できるわけですから。
