GDP growth is low about 1%/year
Deflation 1998 - 2012
Not good in service
Tourism is still low
Investment a lot
Huge savings but invest outside Japan

＜問題＞
GDPの成長率が低い。１％程度
長く続くデフレ　1998年から2012年
サービスがよくない
観光はまだまだ低い
投資は多い
貯蓄はたいさんあるが、投資は外国向け

<Why Slow growth?>
 - Plaza accord -> ENDAKA -> Nikkei up, Land price up -> inflation ->
  -> interest rate up -> Bubble burst -> Long time slow growth

＜なぜ低成長？＞
プラザ合意　→　円高　→　日経、地価上昇　→　インフレ　→
　金利アップ　→　バブル崩壊　→　長期間の低成長

<What Prime minister Abe did?>
 - Work on expectations - "No matte what it takes to achieve 2% target"
 - Replace head of Bank of Japan, new head committed 3 years $1.4T spendings
 - Raised monetary base

＜安部首相は何をした？＞
ー予期に訴えかける　－　”何が何でも２％の成長を実行”　という強いメッセージ
ー日銀総裁を変え、3年で140兆円を投資
ーマネタリーベースを上げる

     Population is going down rapidly, social welfare goes up

<Recommendation for Japan>
GDP needs to go up by improve efficiency, leads inflation by gathering investment, and keep labor force by woman participation.

生産効率をアップしてGDPを上げなければならない。投資を集め、インフレを導く、そして労働力は女性の社会参加でカバーする。
