When we are in desperate situation in crisis, as a leader, we have to deal with alone. True leadership can be found such a tough time. We want to stick to our principle but sometimes we need to change the decision as the situation changes. Keep asking ourselves what are the greater objectives than leadership ego when facing a reality. Be courageous.

Today I met some Harvard MBA students from Japan. They said 12 Japanese out of total 1,000 Harvard MBA students this year, so a little more than 1%??? Oh, come on. We are the 3rd GDP country. Can't be enough.
Young future Japanese leaders, it's your time to come to Boston! The barrier is not that high as you think. Be courageous and go for it!
